Over the centuries, people have eaten a lot of plant species that we can still find in our surroundings. Sometimes weeds, for which we see no use, can become a concentrated source of nutrients and an interesting addition to the plate. Edible weeds and flowers, such as nettle, nasturtium or pansy, conquer the palates of exclusive restaurants. Which plants that are commonly considered inedible are not only tasty but also extremely healthy? Let’s find out during our botanical workshops! We will also consider how to introduce weeds to the daily menu.
